Just a few more Winsor Pictures...I couldn't resist

Dad, KJ, And RJ flying the mermaid kite.

Dad's ultimate castle. Since we stayed at the beach all day we eventually got to watch the tide wash it away :(

What a stunning family

Two beautiful sister on top of the mountain haystack.

Kajaani’s Four

Saturday we celebrated KJ's fourth birthday. I know I can't believe it either. Thanks to all who celebrated with us. She made out like a royal princess...from princess Polly pockets to books and puzzles, my little pony to the littlest pet shop she got everything she could have wanted and more. She really loves the leather purse that Grandma and Grandpa Day got her. I love all the cute clothes she got, I wish they made clothes that cute for adults. Raija seems to have her eye on the giant aqua doodle and the princess umbrella. Kajaani is growing fast and we look forward to all the adventures we will have together in the future. We love you big girl.

Don't forget to make a wish.

Wow! Look at that cake. I wonder who made that?

Fall Vacation to Windsor, CA

This last week we took our Fall vacation. Windsor, CA is about an hour north of San Francisco. We played at the fall festival, went to a beautiful beach and flew a mermaid kite that KJ picked out. We checked out the redwoods, saw tons of grape orchards. Cruised through the San Francisco zoo and topped all the fun off with a stop at the Sacramento railroad museum. Very fun trip. Thanks to daddy for planning everything and making it a true vacation for mom by changing ALL of RJ's diapers :) I love you!

Raija was done having fun so she decided to take a break and have a meltdown.

Getty up pony.

Kajaani had tons of fun stamping with potatoes, carrots and apples.

Dad told KJ to take off the scarecrows clothes so we could rebuild him, so RJ quickly started taking off her clothes. Silly girl.

PICKING APPLES AND HUNTING FOR PUMPKINS

We made our annual trip to Apple Hill in Camino, CA. It was nice to spend time as a family and enjoy the fresh air. The girls (well KJ at least) enjoyed playing in the mud. It rained on us for a while, but that didn't detour us from the hunt. I personally enjoyed the corn dog and sampling all the tasty sauces they put on the apples. We ended up bringing home some raspberry sauce for our Saturday morning pancakes. YUM-O. Greg indulged a bit and brought himself back a half gallon of apple cider.

Hey,why do I have to carry two buckets?

I think someone found some apples. Kajaani was excited that she found the first apple.

This is the one I want dad, let's pick it.

I found the one I want too, and I can lift it all by myself.

The Big one is mom's, the medium one is KJ's, and the little bitty one is RJ's. I guess Greg thinks he will be helping carve mine...guess again buddy.

It was really cool to sit right next to the giant energizer bunny. We watched it inflate until it took off right next to us.

This year the action came right over our house. The girls loved it and they got to watch all the chaser vehicles go up and down our street. One even stopped and gave them a trading card.
