Green Friday

We try to stay as far away from Black Friday sales as possible. We have been heading to the hills to cut our Christmas tree for years now on Black Friday. There was no snow this year and the weather was beautiful, all we needed were light jackets. This is a tradition that will continue for years and we all look forward to it.

RJ found some swimming goggles and decided to spot them while we were hunting for the tree. This girl cracks me up all the time.

AJ was not a bit interested in tree hunting. He was busy stick hunting, he is showing me his angry bird sling shot stick , those are his favorite kind.

We found a nice little tree that would fit perfect in the corner of our living room.

Loading her up and heading home. The kids had just as much fun decorating the tree. I love to hear their conversations and see their eyes light up as they pick out there special ornaments to hang on the tree. So much better and more important than finding a good deal.
