TWO MONTHS OLD

Anton is now officially two months old. He weighed in at 10lbs 10 oz, that puts him in the 25%. He is 22 1/2 inches, which is also the 25% and his head is in the 50%. I guess all my children are destine to be small fries. I'm just happy he is gaining weight :)

Yes, that is a smile. Oh so handsome!

Big blue eyes and chubby cheeks, not a bad combo.

Look mom I can sit in the Bumbo, well almost. I had to prop his head with the Boppy.

I couldn't resist the diaper shot. If you look real close, you can almost see some rolls on his thighs, almost.

Yup, another smile- This was his actual first real smile. All I had to do was jump up and down and make every ridiculous noise I could think of. Somehow he enjoys watching me "perform" and gives me a smile. I'll take it.

New sink, mirror and light fixture. I tell ya we are living in luxury now. Now you can see why I want Greg to fix up the rest of the house :)

BEFORE AND AFTER

Many of you already know that Greg remodeled our master bathroom this year. It took him about 6 months. We are all very proud of his work and I can't wait until he does the rest of the house, well, at least the kitchen. We just now got around to taking the after pictures. Some of you have already seen the fruits of his labor, but for those of you that haven't, enjoy :) Be sure to compliment him if you see him, guys like that kind of stuff. I don't know how I ever took a shower in the old bathroom. What a handyman. Stay tuned in....tomorrow will be the after pictures.

The old sink and vanity

The old shower. Notice the black dingy color of the shower base and the retro 70's green tile.

LOVING BIG SISTERS

We just love our new baby brother

Anton is getting so big, and cute too! He now weighs 9lbs 7oz. You go Anton :)

He is always rooting around looking for food. Now I can't get the boy to stop eating. Hopefully we can have a kid that is above the 25% in weight.

Look at that big smile. KJ is very helpful and is always willing to help when it comes to brother. Everything else, not so much.

THE BIG TWO

Raija turned two on December 26th:) It is hard to stay up with her birthday with all the holiday excitement and the birth of her baby brother to add to the chaos this year. As soon as she is old enough to complain we will have her parties in the summer so we can all enjoy it a little more. I was in no condition this year to make her a cake. Those of you that know me, know that I like to make fancy cakes for the birthdays. Instead, I decided to make her birthday fudge. Yum, I know. I was craving it so that is what she got. It was d-lish, white chocolate with crushed oreos. In fact it was so good that mom indulged at little too much and gained five pounds :( It was totally worth it. She will have a "real party" with friends in a few weeks.

We only gave her a little sample of fudge so she didn't end up getting sick. It was really rich. Did I mention how tasty it was though.

Hello Kitty theme going on. She got socks and new bath toys. Her old toys started growing mold from the leftover moisture after bath time :( yuck!

After packing down the fudge we decided she might need to go outside in the snow and get some exercise. She was so cute in her winter garb.
