Waiting patiently for the cranberries to "POP". That was the best part for the kids, they would listen very quietly until all the berries started to literally "POP".
Smash berries to thicken sauce, remove from heat and let cool completely
Sauce is now nice and thick, add fresh orange zest and there you have it
All the kids helped with the jelly, here we have KJ stirring and stirring and stirring
I just love the next two pictures, Anton's tongue hanging out and his drool are super cute. I promise none of it got into the jelly
Peanut Butter Chicken- I also made beef and spinach lo mein. It was loaded with fresh spinach
serve a top a heaping bed of coos coos. It tasted very scrumptious. I have to also say that I'm impressed with myself and my children. In the last three days I have cooked, and they have gladly eaten, spinach, purple cabbage and celery. I don't know too many other kids that would eat those veggies. I love my kids, they eat everything I cook with a smile on their faces.
Thanks Ashlee, the cookbook has been a huge success

I'm so glad that you like the cook book!! Even better is that the kids will actually eat the veggies!!
