I wanted to see the Eggs

Anton has been watching his big sisters collect chicken eggs and put them in the fridge for quite some time now. Well, curiosity finally got the best of him, even though he has collected a few himself and put them in the fridge too. It had been too many quiet minuets without hearing some sort of indication that he was playing nicely somewhere. I peeked around the corner of the kitchen and this is what I found.



What are you doing Anton? "I wanted to see the eggs mom." Naturally I couldn't get mad at this cute guy, so I told him to hold still while I got the camera.






If I glance sideways and act natural she won't even notice me

We(yes, including me)love the chickens. It is a race every morning to see who will get the eggs first, so much so, that we have had to set up specific days for each of them to get their turn to collect the eggs. Yes, mom gets a turn too :) It's cool to go out to the nesting boxes and find scrumptious little treasures waiting for you. The girls even made their first sale this week- thanks Kel, and we hope that you are enjoying your scrumptious treasures.
